1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QRly: QR Scanner & Generator ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not install or use the Application.

2. Permitted Use & Licensing

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QRly on your Android device in accordance with these Terms. You may use the app to:

• Scan and decode QR codes, barcodes, and matrix symbols for personal or business purposes.
• Generate custom QR codes (URLs, Wi-Fi credentials, contacts, text, events) and export them as image files.
• Save, organize, and export your personal scan records.

3. Third-Party Websites & Scanned Content Disclaimer

When you scan a QR code, QRly displays the decoded content and URL for your review before opening it. You are solely responsible for evaluating the safety, security, and authenticity of any third-party links or files prior to interacting with them. We assume no liability for any third-party content, malicious websites (phishing), or services accessed through scanned codes.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Generate QR codes that lead to malware, deceptive phishing sites, illegal material, or hate speech.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Application binary.
• Bypass or disable any security features, licensing mechanisms, or advertising controls.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

If you choose to purchase the "QRly Pro / Remove Ads" upgrade, the transaction will be securely processed through Google Play In-App Billing under Google Play’s Terms of Service. All purchases are bound by Google Play’s refund policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the camera scanner will correctly decode damaged, blurry, or non-standard barcodes in all lighting conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer of QRly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.
