User Data Deletion Policy

1. Account Status & Data Architecture

QRly: QR Scanner & Generator (Package: com.qrly.qrscanner) does not require or provide user accounts. You do not sign in with an email, password, or third-party social login.

Because there are no user accounts and no remote backend servers, we do not store your personal scan logs, created codes, or app preferences on any remote cloud database.

2. How to Permanently Delete Your Data (Step-by-Step)

You have full, immediate control to delete any or all data at any moment without needing support assistance:

• Method A: In-App One-Tap History Clear

  Open QRly > Navigate to the Settings tab > Tap "Clear Scan History". Confirm the dialog, and all scanned barcodes, created items, and batch records will be instantly and permanently wiped from local memory.

• Method B: Individual Item Deletion

  Navigate to the History tab > Swipe any item to the left or tap the trash icon. The selected record is immediately erased.

• Method C: Clear App Storage via Android OS

  On your phone, go to Settings > Apps > QRly > Storage & Cache > Tap "Clear Storage" / "Clear Data". This permanently removes all cached preferences, local database files, and history records.

• Method D: Uninstall the Application

  Simply uninstalling the QRly application completely removes the app’s private sandbox directory, permanently purging 100% of stored data from your device.

3. Third-Party Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

Google AdMob may collect pseudonymous advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time through your Android system settings:

Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.

4. Data Retention Period

Because data is stored locally:

• Data is retained on your device only as long as you keep the app installed, or until you manually clear it.
• We do not keep backup copies, archives, or mirror databases on any remote servers.
